The AnchorInvest Absolute Return Fund Ltd ("AnchorInvest") is an open-ended investment fund focused on credit and event driven investments. AnchorInvest's inception date was 28 February 2005. The fund can accept investments from certain professional investors. 

The primary objective of AnchorInvest is to preserve capital over the medium term and to generate consistent and attractive returns irrespective of the conditions of the global equity markets. More specifically, AnchorInvest is predominantly invested in the following strategies: Structured Finance, Corporate Loans, Asset Based Direct Lending, Private Placements, Credit Trading, Distressed Securities, Merger Arbitrage and Special Situations.

The Investment Manager to AnchorInvest is BanGioc Capital Ltd ("BanGioc"). BanGioc is a specialised investment management and investment advisory company focused on credit and event driven investment strategies. BanGioc is based in the British Virgin Islands ("BVI") and is recognised as an Approved Investment Manager by the Financial Services Commission of the BVI (Certificate number IBR/AIM/20/0383).
